Booking conditions

These terms apply to the sessions and services of INNER by Lau (yoga, Pilates and toning, strength, hypopressives, personal training and private events), both in person and online. By confirming a booking, you accept them.

1. Service provider

2. Request and confirmation

Submitting the “Request a session” form does not constitute a booking. Laura will get in touch with you by WhatsApp or email to learn about your goals and propose a day, time, format and price.

The booking is confirmed once both parties accept the proposal in writing (WhatsApp or email) and, where applicable, the stated payment is made. You will receive a confirmation with the date, time, location or connection link, and price.

3. In-person sessions

These take place in Barcelona (Sarrià, Sant Gervasi and Pedralbes area), at the location agreed in the confirmation. We ask you to arrive a few minutes early, in comfortable clothing and, if you have one, with your own mat.

If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time so as not to affect subsequent sessions.

4. Online sessions

These are delivered by live video call. You need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and a safe, clear space to move in. The link is sent before the session and is personal.

If the session cannot be delivered due to a technical fault attributable to INNER by Lau, it will be rescheduled for another date. Connection issues on the student's side do not give the right to make up the session, although we will try to find a solution.

Recording or sharing the sessions is not permitted without the express authorisation of Laura and, in group sessions, of the other participants.

5. Prices and payment

Current prices are published on the Rates page of the website and include applicable taxes. Payment is made via Bizum or instant bank transfer to INNER by Lau's account: when we accept your booking we email you the amount, the payment details and a reference to identify it. The website does not take card payments or store any of your bank details. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the payment.

Session vouchers and packages are personal and non-transferable and are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

6. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel a session free of charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice by WhatsApp or email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or non-attendance, will be treated as a completed session, except in cases of justified force majeure.
If INNER by Lau has to cancel a session, we will let you know as soon as possible and you may choose a new date or a refund of the amount for that session.
Private and corporate events have their own terms, which are agreed in the quote.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you contract at a distance (via WhatsApp, email or the website) as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the date of contract to withdraw without giving any reason, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). To exercise this right, write to hello@innerbylau.es stating your name and the booking.

Exceptions: if you expressly request that the service begin within the withdrawal period, you must pay the proportional part of what has already been provided, and once the service has been fully provided you may no longer withdraw (art. 103.a TRLGDCU). Nor does the right of withdrawal apply to leisure services with a specific date of performance, such as an event or workshop on a set date (art. 103.l TRLGDCU).

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used.

8. Health and responsibility

The sessions are adapted physical activity, not medical or physiotherapy treatment. Before you start, Laura will ask about your health; it is important that you inform her of any injuries, conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, postpartum, medication or any other relevant circumstance, and that you keep her informed if anything changes.

If you are unsure whether you can practise, consult your doctor first. Hypopressives and some postures have contraindications (for example, during pregnancy or with uncontrolled hypertension): Laura will adapt or advise against exercises where appropriate.

You agree to follow the instructions, respect your limits and let her know immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort. INNER by Lau is not liable for any harm arising from failing to disclose your health status, failing to follow instructions or practising outside the sessions.

The sessions are intended for adults. Those under 18 require the authorisation of their mother, father or legal guardian.

9. Complaint forms and dispute resolution

For any complaint or claim, you can write to hello@innerbylau.es; we will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. Official complaint, claim and report forms of the Generalitat de Catalunya are available to you. You may also contact the Agència Catalana del Consum or your local consumer information office.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are acting as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction.

11. Online purchases: experiences, session packs, memberships, INNER World and gifts

When booking on the website you will see the product, the price, the number of sessions, the format and, for memberships, how often you pay. Laura confirms the booking and emails you the details to pay via Bizum or instant bank transfer. The purchase is confirmed once we receive the payment; you will receive a confirmation email. Laura will then contact you to book your sessions subject to availability (advance booking required).

INNER Discovery: a first 60-minute private experience, available only once per new client. [TO DEFINE WHAT HAPPENS IF PURCHASED MORE THAN ONCE]
Single price: private sessions, INNER Discovery and session packs cost the same in person (Barcelona) or online; the format of each session is agreed at the time of booking.
Packs (INNER Start, INNER Signature and INNER Duo): valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. [TO DEFINE PACK TERMS]. They are personal and non-transferable; INNER Duo is for the two people named when booking.
INNER Annual: 4 private sessions a month for a monthly fee paid each month via Bizum or bank transfer, with a 12-month commitment from the start date. [DEFINIR SI LAS SESIONES NO UTILIZADAS SE ACUMULAN]. [DEFINIR CONDICIONES DE BAJA ANTICIPADA].
INNER Small Group, events and retreats: price on request. The format (single session, pack or monthly plan), dates, price and cancellation terms are agreed with Laura before the booking is confirmed.
INNER World (benefits membership): monthly (€5/month) or yearly (€40/year, in a single payment), paid via Bizum or bank transfer. No automatic renewals or charges: the membership is active for the period paid and, if not renewed, simply ends. It includes a 10% discount on private sessions, INNER Start and Signature packs, INNER Duo and Small Group, booking priority, a monthly members' gathering (limited places, not cumulative) and early access with a 15% discount on retreats and special events. Discounts are personal, non-transferable, valid only while the membership is active and cannot be combined with other offers (the most favourable one applies); they do not apply to gift cards, INNER Discovery or INNER Annual. Right of withdrawal: 14 days from sign-up if no benefit has been used.
INNER Gift (gift cards): sent by email to the recipient, immediately or on the chosen date, with a unique single-use code for the experiences included. Validity: 12 months from the date of purchase. [TO DEFINE GIFT CARD EXCHANGES AND TRANSFERS].
