INNER World terms
- Monthly · €5/month. Paid each month via Bizum or bank transfer. No commitment and no automatic charges: if you don't renew, it ends at the end of the paid month.
- Yearly · €40/year. One payment a year via Bizum or bank transfer. No automatic renewal: before it ends we'll remind you how to renew.
- Your member code. When you join, you'll receive your INNER World code by email. Use it when buying on the website or give it to Laura when booking.
- Discounts. Personal, non-transferable and only while your membership is active. They cannot be combined with other offers: the most favourable one always applies. They do not apply to gift cards, INNER Discovery or INNER Annual.
- Gatherings and events. Limited places, booking required. The monthly gathering does not carry over if unused.
- Referrals. Your friend gets −10 % on her first purchase, and the referral only counts if it is her first purchase at INNER and she isn't you. For each confirmed friend, your next purchase gets an extra −10 % (one reward per purchase, while your membership is active). Does not apply to gift cards, INNER Discovery or INNER Annual.
- Withdrawal. You have 14 days from sign-up to withdraw, provided you have not used any benefit.

Before you choose
Can I start even if I've never done yoga?
Yes. Every session is adapted to your level, your body and your moment. You don't need any previous experience: INNER Discovery is designed precisely for getting started.
Are the sessions only yoga?
No. The INNER Method integrates yoga, Pilates, toning, strength, hypopressives and conscious breathing. Each session combines what your body needs.
Can I combine yoga, Pilates, strength and hypopressives?
Yes. In private sessions Laura designs the practice around you and combines the disciplines according to your goals and your progress.
Where do the sessions take place?
In person in Barcelona, in the Sarrià, Sant Gervasi and Pedralbes area, at the place agreed when booking, or online via live video call.
Does the price change if I do them online?
No. The price is the same: when booking each session, you decide with Laura whether to do it in person or online.
How long does each session last?
Private sessions and INNER Discovery last 60 minutes.
How do I pay?
Via Bizum or instant bank transfer. You book on the website, Laura confirms your place and emails you the payment details with a reference to identify it. Once she receives the payment, you get the confirmation. There are no card payments on the website.
How does a pack work?
You book your pack on the website and Laura confirms your place and sends you the details to pay via Bizum or instant bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, she writes to you to learn about your goals and book your session dates.
How long do I have to use it?
Packs and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so you have plenty of time to book your sessions calmly.
Are packs transferable?
Packs are personal and non-transferable. If you'd like to share the experience with someone else, INNER Duo and INNER Gift are designed for just that.
How does a gift card work?
You choose the gift, write the names and a personal message and book it. Laura sends you the details to pay via Bizum or instant bank transfer and, as soon as she receives the payment, the recipient gets a digital INNER card with a unique code and instructions on how to book.
Can I give an experience to someone else?
Yes. You can gift INNER Reset, INNER Balance, INNER Start, INNER Signature or an INNER Duo to share.
How is the gift delivered?
The gift card is emailed to the recipient as soon as payment is confirmed, or on the date you choose. You also receive the confirmation and a copy of the gift.
How does INNER Annual work?
It's 4 private sessions a month for €200 a month, with a 12-month commitment. It's paid each month via Bizum or bank transfer and each month's sessions are booked with Laura.
What is INNER World?
It's INNER's benefits membership: 10% off private sessions, packs, Duo and Small Group, booking priority, a monthly INNER World gathering and early access to retreats and events. Monthly for €5 (no commitment) or yearly for €40.
Can I cancel INNER World?
Yes. There are no automatic charges: each period is paid via Bizum or bank transfer. If you don't renew, the membership stays active until the end of the paid period and then simply ends.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
You can change or cancel a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't attend, the session is considered completed, except in cases of justified force majeure.

If you're not sure which option suits you, start with INNER Discovery. And if you'd rather talk to Laura first, you can write to her directly.
