Community guidelines

Last updated: 6 October 2026

The INNER community is a warm, close space to keep practising between sessions. To keep it a safe and pleasant place for everyone, we ask you to respect these guidelines.

1. Respect and care

Treat others with kindness and respect. Insults, mockery, discriminatory comments and any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
Every body and every journey is different: avoid comparing, judging or commenting on other people's bodies.

2. What to share

Share questions, progress, experiences and ideas related to the practice and to wellbeing.
Do not send advertising, chain messages, spam or promotions of your own or others' products or services without Laura's permission.
Do not share illegal, violent, sexual or offensive content, or false health information.
Advice between participants is no substitute for the opinion of a healthcare professional. If you have any symptoms or injuries, consult your doctor.

3. Other members' privacy

What is shared in the community stays in the community. Do not forward messages, photos or details of other participants outside the group.
Do not contact other participants privately for commercial purposes, or use their phone numbers for any other purpose.
Do not take screenshots or recordings of online sessions or conversations without the permission of the people who appear in them.

4. INNER content

The practices, audios, videos and materials shared in the community are for personal use only. Sharing them or using them for commercial purposes is not permitted.

5. Moderation

Laura moderates the community and may remove messages that do not respect these guidelines. Anyone who breaches them seriously or repeatedly may be removed from the group, with prior notice except in serious cases.

If you see something that concerns you, message her privately or write to hello@innerbylau.es.

6. Leaving the community

You can leave the group whenever you like. If you would also like us to delete your data, write to us at hello@innerbylau.es (more information in the Privacy policy).
